The villa sits in the Tsigov Chark resort, in a fenced yard of 3.5 decares among pine forest, about 50 m from Guest House Lidia. The property is not on the shore of Batak Reservoir.
There are 7 rooms, each with a terrace, and four of them have a jacuzzi. The yard has a seasonal heated pool (June-September, weather permitting), an outdoor heated jacuzzi, a covered barbecue and parking. The villa can also be rented whole.

Villa Lidia has seven rooms with terraces (four of them with a jacuzzi, facing the reservoir or the mountain). Fully equipped kitchen, dining room with a fireplace, covered BBQ area with tables and a kitchenette, seasonal heated pool, warm garden jacuzzi and a large fenced yard of 3.5 decares. Capacity is 7 couples with children, or a single group of 20 people.

Villa Lidia has 4 jacuzzi rooms - one jacuzzi is in the room itself and two are in bathrooms with a direct view of the reservoir. One room has a large 12 sq.m terrace.

Double room with a bed, sofa bed and table, 43 or 50 inch smart TV with Tplay, fridge, bathroom with a hydromassage shower panel, terrace with a side view towards Batak Reservoir or the forest. Villa Lidia has three such rooms, one of them with a kitchenette.

Good to know about prices
- One child up to 12 stays free in the room; a third adult or second child is charged 10 €/day extra.
- Prices do not apply on public holidays and school holidays - please ask.
- Weekend packages are for two nights.
- Pets up to 5 kg are accepted upon request and an extra fee is possible (stated on several source pages).
- A reservation is confirmed with a 50% deposit. If cancelled 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit is refundable; if cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. Holiday/special holiday offers, promotional offers and one-night reservations are non-refundable.

Conditions and useful information
Reservations and check-in
- Check-in from 14:00 to 18:00, check-out by 11:00. For a late arrival please let us know - we can arrange check-in by phone.
- A reservation is confirmed once 50% of the total amount is paid as a deposit.
- The remaining amount is paid on arrival.
- A reservation is cancelled automatically if the deposit is not transferred within 3 days of booking, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
- Promotional offers and single-night bookings are paid in full; the amount is not refunded if the stay cannot be used.
- For holiday offers the advance payment is non-refundable.
Cancellation
- If cancelled 30 or more days before the arrival date, the deposit is refundable.
- If cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Holiday and special holiday offers are non-refundable.
Pool and jacuzzi
- The seasonal heated pool (8 × 4.16 × 1.45 m, 27-31 °C) is only at Villa Lidia. It operates from the beginning of June to the end of September, weather permitting.
- Guests of Guest House Lidia may use the pool on weekdays under certain conditions - not at weekends or when Villa Lidia is rented by a group. Please ask.
- The pool is unattended. Children under 16 are not allowed without an adult in the pool, the garden jacuzzi or the area around them.
- Both houses have a warm garden jacuzzi, available year-round.
- Please bring your own bathrobes; we provide towels for use inside the house only.
Heating in winter
- Guest House Lidia has local central heating from a fireplace with a water jacket in the lounge. In the afternoon and evening, when no staff is present, guests tend the fireplace themselves.
- Villa Lidia is heated by a local pellet heating system.
- When a whole house is rented for a weekend or holiday, guests stay without staff and are instructed how to maintain the heating and the facilities.
Good to know
- Water in both houses is supplied by the Batak utility. There are periods when it has increased turbidity.
- Please observe the customary quiet hours and clean up after using the kitchen.
- Damages are charged. When a group rents a house, the organiser signs a contract and bears material responsibility.
- Both houses overlook Batak Reservoir but are not located on its shore.
