Privacy and cookies

Data submitted through the enquiry form

• selected property — Villa Lidia or Guest House Lidia
• check-in date and check-out date
• number of adults and number of children
• selected options/interest — whole property, room with a jacuzzi or room without a jacuzzi
• guest name
• phone
• email address
• notes, if the visitor fills them in
• form language and the time when the enquiry is submitted/received

How this data is used

• The data from the form is used to answer the enquiry and to clarify available dates, terms and a reservation.
• Sending an enquiry is not an automatically confirmed reservation.
• The enquiry is saved in the project's server database.
• The website is prepared to send an email notification from the server through Resend to the operational recipient stevasareva@mail.bg, with the guest's email address as Reply-To, when the sending domain and provider settings are ready.
• If the email notification fails, the database record remains the primary source and the enquiry is not lost.

Cookies, storage and external services

• The public part of the website does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other marketing/analytics cookies found in the current project.
• The website language is managed through the page address, for example ?lang=en, not through a separate language cookie.
• The administrative part uses account login and technical session storage only for administrators.
• Pages with a map load a Google Maps iframe. When these pages are opened, the browser makes a request to Google and Google may process technical data or use its own cookies.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts/Google Static. This requires a browser request to those services.
