These terms summarize the available information about enquiries, reservations, payment and stays at Villa Lidia and Guest House Lidia.
Enquiries and reservations
- The website accepts enquiries for Villa Lidia and Guest House Lidia. Sending an enquiry is not an automatically confirmed reservation and does not show automatic availability.
- A reservation is considered confirmed when a deposit of 50% of the total amount is paid.
- The remaining amount is paid on check-in.
- The reservation may be cancelled automatically if the deposit is not transferred within 3 days from the day of booking, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
- For promotional offers and one-night reservations, 100% is paid; the amount is not refunded.
- Holiday and special holiday offers are non-refundable.
Cancellation and non-refundable terms
- If cancelled 30 or more days before the arrival date, the deposit is refunded.
- If cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit is not refunded.
- Holiday/special holiday offers are non-refundable.
- Promotional offers and one-night reservations require 100% payment and are not refunded.
Check-in and stay
- Check-in: from 14:00 to 18:00.
- Check-out: by 11:00.
- For late check-in, guests must notify in advance; check-in is arranged by phone.
- The two houses are about 50 m apart, in Tsigov Chark resort near Batak Reservoir, and are not on the reservoir shore itself.
- Pets up to 5 kg are accepted after enquiry and an extra fee is possible.
- Please observe the customary quiet hours and clean up after using the kitchen.
- Damages are paid for. When a group rents a property, the organiser signs a contract and bears material responsibility.
Facilities and important information
- The seasonal heated pool is only at Villa Lidia. It operates from the beginning of June to the end of September, weather permitting.
- Guests of Guest House Lidia may use Villa Lidia's pool on weekdays under certain conditions — not at weekends and not when Villa Lidia is rented by a group. Please ask.
- The pool is unattended. Children under 16 are not allowed without an adult in the pool, the garden jacuzzi or the area around them.
- Both houses have a warm garden jacuzzi and it works year-round.
- Please bring your own bathrobes; towels are provided for use inside the house.
- Water in both houses is supplied by the Batak utility. There are periods when it has increased turbidity.
- Guest House Lidia has local central heating — a fireplace with a water jacket in the lounge. In the afternoon and evening, when no staff is present, guests maintain the fireplace themselves.
- Villa Lidia is heated by a local pellet heating system.
